Non-woven bags are a green product that is durable, aesthetically pleasing, breathable, reusable, washable, and can be screen printed with advertisements, tags, and has a long service life. The product is made of non-woven fabric, which is a new generation of environmentally friendly materials that are moisture-proof, breathable, flexible, lightweight, non-flammable, easy to decompose, non-toxic, non-irritating, colorful, inexpensive, and can be recycled. The material can naturally decompose outdoors in 90 days and has a service life of up to 5 years when used indoors. It is non-toxic and odorless when burned, leaving no residue and thus does not pollute the environment.
Production technology:
Folded water-needled non-woven
Water-needling is a process that uses high-pressure fine water jets to spray onto one or more layers of fiber webs, causing the fibers to interlock and reinforce the web.
Folded hot-pressed non-woven
Hot-pressed non-woven fabric refers to the addition of fibrous or powdery hot-melt bonding reinforcement material to the fiber web. The web is then heated, melted, cooled, and reinforced into fabric.
Folded airlaid non-woven
Airlaid non-woven fabric, also known as dust-free paper or dry-laid non-woven fabric, uses air-laid technology to loosen wood pulp fibers into individual fiber states, and then uses air-flow methods to condense the fibers onto a mesh curtain, which is then reinforced into fabric.
Folded wet-laid non-woven
Wet-laid non-woven fabric loosens the fiber raw material placed in a water medium into individual fibers, while blending different fiber raw materials to make a fiber suspension, which is then transported to the web-forming mechanism. The fibers are then formed into a web in a wet state and reinforced into fabric.
Folded spunbond non-woven
Spunbond non-woven fabric uses polymer extrusion and stretching to form continuous filaments. These filaments are then laid into a web and reinforced into non-woven fabric using self-adhesion, hot-melt, chemical bonding, or mechanical methods.
Folded melt-blown non-woven
The process of making melt-blown non-woven fabric includes feeding polymers, melting and extruding fibers, cooling the fibers, forming a web, and then reinforcing it into fabric.
Folded needle-punched non-woven
Needle-punched non-woven fabric is a dry-laid non-woven fabric that uses the puncturing action of needles to reinforce the fluffy fiber web into fabric.
Folded stitch-bonded non-woven
Stitch-bonded non-woven fabric is a type of dry-laid non-woven fabric that uses a warp-knitting coil structure to reinforce the fiber web, yarn layer, non-woven material (such as plastic film, plastic sheet metal foil, etc.) or their combination to make non-woven fabric.
